Return & Refund Policy

All custom and made-to-order items are sold as-is and may take 7–10 business days to process.

Custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds due to change of mind, selected size, or dissatisfaction with customer-supplied artwork.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match an approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery for review.

Once custom work or materials have started, cancellation requests may not qualify for a full refund.
