How ordering works

Pick your product, send us your logo, and approve your proof. Most items are custom-made and may take 7–10 business days to process.

Production time vs. shipping time

Patches are engraved right away, providing the patch material is in stock (most colors are). Hat blanks are ordered for your order, so they have to arrive before your hats can be finished — the day your hats land, they’re pressed, finished, and ship within 2 days of pressing, usually the next day.

Shirts come two ways: sublimation is printed right here in the shop on light-colored 50/50 blend shirts, and DTF transfers are ordered in — ordered the same day in most cases if you order before 4 pm Eastern, about 3–4 days to arrive, then pressed the same or next day and shipped — and DTF works on any blend, any color.

The 3–5 days (Standard) and 5–8 days (Large Order) you see at checkout are transit time AFTER your order ships. Production time comes first.

Shipping charges

Hats ship at a flat $10. Free shipping on hat orders of $400 or more. Shirts ship for $10 for 1-6 shirts, plus $5 for every 4 shirts past 6, and shirts never ship free.

I back my work 100%. If the mistake’s mine — it doesn’t match your approved proof, it’s defective, or I just got it wrong — I remake it or refund it. That doesn’t cover problems baked into a logo file you sent me, or the way the work is made — engraving looks like engraving. Custom work can’t be refunded for changing your mind, but if it falls on me, it’s on me. — Billy, Viper Engraving
